What is Shipping Insurance?
Shipping Insurance provides added protection and security for your valuable items during international delivery. In the event that your parcel is reported lost or damaged, we will promptly reship the items at no additional cost to you.

When will my order ship?
The time frame for receiving your order is calculated as the sum of the processing time and the delivery time. On average, the processing time is 2-5 business days, with longer processing times during peak seasons. Prior to shipping, we take the necessary steps to prepare the products, conduct quality control tests, and carefully package the items. Please note that the processing time is separate from the delivery time.
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?
We do not charge any additional fees for customs. However, the recipient is responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be levied once the shipment reaches the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. In rare cases, customs agents may cause a delay in the delivery of some packages.

Verification of Shipping
To ensure a smooth shipping process, please ensure that the billing address and contact information provided at the time of the order match what appears on your credit statement. In cases where the information does not match, your order may be held pending verification and we may need to contact you directly. Additionally, when specifying the shipping address, please double-check that the zip code, city, and state information are correct. Do you ship to PO Box (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses?
We do not generally offer shipping to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) except through standard shipping. If you provide a PO Box or military address, please ensure that you also include your phone number for shipping purposes. All parcels will be held for pickup if they cannot be delivered or signed for. If an item is returned because the address was incorrect, the customer will be responsible for both the shipping and return charges.

Tracking
Your parcel is trackable online. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link for online tracking. The tracking number will be valid for checking within 48 hours of receiving the email. You can also log into your account to track your order, or you can contact our customer support team for assistance. Wrong or Faulty Item Received

Missing Items in My Order
In some cases, items may arrive separately. If you receive an email indicating that some items will be arriving separately, please check your email inbox. If you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How to tracking my order ?
We are happy to provide our customers with express shipping service. However, there are additional costs to consider before choosing this option. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
